How It's Done:
All participants sit in a narrow circle, their eyes blindfolded. Of the thirty cards, the trainer takes away two. He distributes 28 cards to the participants. The group's task is to find out the shape and color of the two missing cards. In doing so, they may only communicate verbally. The trainer only gives information about the color; if a participant holds up one card, the trainer tells her/him about the color. CommuniCARDs can also be done using less shapes and colors, according to the size of the group. The ideal case is that each participant gets two cards.
Persons (min./opt./max.): 6/14/28. Time (w/o debriefing): 20-45 minutes.
Space needed: Enough to form a circle of all participants.
