Shipping costs and delivery information

We deliver worldwide!

Exceptions: Austria and Switzerland, for here we have exclusive distributors. If you want to have your Neuland products delivered to these countries, please order in the corresponding online stores: www.neuland.at und www.neuland.ch

Our shipping costs are based on your selected delivery address and net product value. Depending on the products you have in your shopping cart, we ship either by parcel service or by freight forwarding. You can find out which shipping method is used for the respective product on the detailed view of the product in the store.

Order Tracking

How can I check the status of my order?

Once we have dispatched your order, will you receive an email with a tracking link. You can use it to check the status of your order.

Please keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours for this tracking information to become available.

Tracking for international orders

Goods that we ship internationally by DHL as airfreight are first scanned at Frankfurt airport and then again at the destination airport.

This shipping information affects the tracking and can take up to 3 weeks depending on the destination.

 

Return
Exchange
Refund

You have up to 30 days after receipt of the goods to return your items to us. Please note our terms and conditions.

In order to enable a fast processing for you and us, please note the following information:

Returns within Germany

  • In order to be able to assign your return, please enclose our delivery note with the reason for the return.
  • Delivery note no longer available? We will gladly send you a return label. Email: retoure@neuland.com
  • For parcel shipments, you can request a DHL return label under this link, which you require to attach to the outside of the return package so that it is clearly visible.
  • For freight shipments, a pickup by our forwarding agent always takes place. Please contact our returns department:

Exchange

Do you wish to exchange an item? We will ship the new item after receipt of your return. Please take note of our return policy.

Money refund

Upon receipt of the goods, your return will be inspected. The refund will be processed via the original form of payment.
