Movaris® - From concept to finished product

What began in January 2025 under the project name Agitatus was more than just an idea for a new whiteboard. It was the starting point for an entirely new whiteboard system that offers a level of flexibility never before possible.
The key concept: to develop a whiteboard that adapts to different work situations in a flash. With magnetic hinge elements—a technology first used in the Neuland PinGo — Movaris® transforms in an instant from an agile, mobile workshop board into a wall-mounted board in portrait or landscape format, and back again.

The well-designed base frame is the heart of the system. Not only is it easy to move, but it also serves as a convenient storage space for markers, presentation cards, and paper—whether from a flipchart pad or a roll—ensuring that all materials are always within reach, right where they’re needed.
As with many Neuland developments, Movaris® emerged from a dynamic dialogue between concept, development, and practical application. Early prototypes quickly demonstrated that the concept worked. But further innovations emerged during the creative process. This led to the ergonomic handle, which makes the boards easy to maneuver while also serving as a shelf for sheets of paper or as a mount for a magnetic arm with the Neuland saddle bag—ensuring that markers are always within reach.

Another real highlight is the Continuous paper dispenser — it was added later in the development process. For presenters, this is a real treat: in a matter of seconds, the board is covered with a fresh sheet of white paper and ready for new ideas.

Click – Click – and Go: The transformation from a mobile whiteboard system to a wall-mounted whiteboard is intuitive and requires no tools. And just as quickly, the wall-mounted whiteboard in the executive suite becomes a mobile brainstorming station for the team again.
Movaris® thus exemplifies what Neuland is all about—well-thought-out design, practical development, and a passion for tools that truly make creative work easier.
