Neuland offers a wide variety of markers. There are small and large, thin and thick tips, many different colors, and water-based and alcohol-based inks. I'd like to give you a brief overview today. 🙂
Best regards, your Neuland trainee Julian
What's behind it?
We asked ourselves: Are there specific topics or products that Neuland's young trainees are particularly passionate about? In our new series "Neuland newbees present," we share a trainee contribution each month, and today Julian gives you a brief insight into the Neuland marker range .

The stars
Each marker has its own unique capabilities and therefore different applications. Today, however, I'll only be discussing markers for writing on paper, as these are the ones I use most frequently. The Neuland No.One® and the Neuland BigOne® are probably our best-known markers. While the BigOne is perfect for large headings on flipcharts or graphic walls , the No.One can be used on all formats. Although the two markers differ in size, they also share many features, such as the chisel tip, ergonomic grips, and the anti-roll mechanism that prevents them from rolling off the table.
But there's even more to discover about the No.One ! The Neuland No.One® Art has a brush tip, bringing a watercolor effect to the paper. The No.One is also available in a metallic version. This means the ink has a metallic visual effect on the viewer (my personal favorite).

The new ones
The Neuland TwinOne® is really cool. With it, you can switch from a chisel tip to a brush tip in seconds. But that's not all! This marker also comes with a round tip and a flat chisel tip, so you can modify it however you like and equip it with your two favorite tips .
With the Neuland FineOne®, our marker range is now 100% refillable. So you no longer need to throw away markers, because the ink can be refilled and the tip replaced. The FineOne is available as a Sketch 0.5 in various colors, or in black with a line width of 0.1 mm to 0.7 mm. It's also available as an art marker with a brush tip. And now for the amazing part: this marker is now also available in metallic. So if you love the effect as much as I do, you should definitely try the Neuland FineOne® Metallic !

Black = black?
Not at all! Many people wonder what the difference is between the 100 and the 010. It's quite simple. The 100 is, so to speak, the standard black ink. For strong, smudge-proof lines, however, there are special outliners , as they are filled with water-based, permanent black ink (010). And there's an outliner for every type of marker, so you can get them in every size and with every tip. And the best part: even if you color over the lines with colored markers, they won't smudge. But which ink is alcohol-based? That applies to our Estatics markers . They are also only available in black, but they are primarily intended for writing on Estatics .
By the way: You can now even have the BigOne, No.One, No.One Art, and FineOne custom printed! Find out more here . 🙂
