Thinking with Hands® is a new colleague of TeamBank

TeamBank AG in Nuremberg has added a new tool: the creative method Thinking with Hands®. User kits are available to all employees.

The impetus came from Tamara Kess, who is responsible for agile transformation at TeamBank. "While searching for new methods of collaboration for our colleagues, I came across Thinking with Hands®," Ms. Kess explains, describing her initial encounter. "Thanks to introductory workshops led by Markus Dossler, a trainer for Thinking with Hands®, we were able to quickly and easily integrate Thinking with Hands® into our bank as a new colleague." Initial experiences show that first-time users very quickly become repeat users.

For example, the creative materials from Thinking with Hands® were recently used for the first time in the feedback session of the onboarding seminar for new employees. The quality of the feedback was so impressive that Thinking with Hands® has now become a permanent part of the onboarding seminar.

New applications are emerging daily, ranging from check-in for workshops to the current planning stages for launching a marketing campaign with B2B partners.
