Kickoff for a New Event Series: Neuland Hosts Germany's First Facilitation Barcamp

(openPR) Neuland GmbH & Co. KG and its partners are opening a new chapter for modern collaboration: on Friday, 13 November 2026, we invite you to the 1st Facilitation Barcamp Germany at our creative innovation space, the Neuland Playground in Eichenzell. This pilot event lays the foundation for a pioneering project: the ongoing rollout of this barcamp series in major German cities, alongside the parallel development of a vibrant, nationwide Facilitate Community.

To build this vision on a strong foundation from the very start, we are bringing together pooled expertise. We are delighted to organise the event together with two further hosts: the agile consultancy Bagilstein from Mainz and the management consultancy die kommunikationslotsen from Cologne, led by Managing Director Holger Scholz, who joins as a new partner. Moderated by Prof. Dr. Philipp Diebold, we will bring together up to 100 agile coaches, leaders and facilitators to redefine the future of facilitation and agile work.

In line with the barcamp principle "participation means sharing," the conference completely forgoes rigid front-of-room presentations. Instead, participants set the programme themselves and work out solutions in our flexible rooms on topics such as visual facilitation, innovative space design, and hybrid and digital formats.
