Und Sieger nach Punkten ist......

And the winner on points is...

A poster competition. A meeting during which more and more ideas and suggestions for (for example) "improving internal company communication" were written on large sheets of paper on the wall. A multi-day congress with subsequent evaluation of the speakers and their presentations.
Sometimes, a vote by show of hands simply isn't possible. This might be because individuals repeatedly raise their hands, making the counting difficult; because a simple "yes" (or "no") doesn't provide enough nuance; because some people are hesitant; or because there simply isn't enough time to discuss everything in detail over and over again.

Then just make a point. Or several.

We offer a whole range of these items. The simple, single-color dots are perfect for quickly getting a score in the poster competition mentioned above, for example. And they also allow a judge to express their opinion in a nuanced way. Simply give them ten dots, which they can distribute among their favorite designs as they see fit – they might give all ten to their favorite, while another is still undecided and places three dots here, four there, and just one elsewhere. In the end, the dots are simply counted, and the matter is decided.

Sometimes, however, a more precise assessment is needed. That's where the VISU rating system comes in. With its colorful symbols, everyone can quickly indicate whether they think an idea is really good or simply don't understand it, whether they love a proposal, hate it, or find it completely incomprehensible. The subsequent review of the rating system then leads to new, exciting, and insightful discussions, and sometimes even better results.
