Ahoy to the meeting of graphic recorders in Hamburg!

When Germany's graphic recorders arrive in the Port of Hamburg, Neuland is certainly not far away!

On September 8th and 9th, 2017, 35 graphic recorders from all over Germany met on the coast to share their experiences with styles, formats and various techniques from their everyday work.

Key topics of the meeting weren't solely the end results of graphic recording, i.e., the graphically documented processes. Equally important were the tools and resources available for visualization. And we're naturally pleased that many graphic recorders have already explored Neuland. Therefore, we didn't need any convincing to participate in the event. We were happy to join immediately!

Most graphic recorders know that Neuland marker inks are water-based, odorless, and bleed-through. Almost everyone knows the markers are refillable. But for many participants, it was completely new that the inks can also be mixed to create custom colors . On-site, participants were able to unleash their creativity (and our inks) and mix their own favorite colors, filling empty marker barrels.

The entire crew of the meeting received the latest issue of Neuland HANDS ON . It contains a fabric bag for storing empty markers and a lovingly illustrated poster with tips and tricks on refilling and mixing your own markers.
