Videopostkarte von der Neuland®V3 GraphicWall oder Eine ungewöhnliche Reise durch die Schweiz

Video postcard from the Neuland®V3 GraphicWall or An unusual journey through Switzerland

Crossing the Alps with a few markers in your backpack – almost anyone can do that. But doing it with a Neuland® GraphicWall V3 is a different story.

Transport dimensions: W 83 x H 140 cm. Weight: 13 kg. Well, let's get going then. Well, maybe not quite across the Alps, but Tony Johnston, David Andres, and Filippo Buzzini did at least set up the wall in some particularly beautiful spots in Switzerland, complete with graphic recording. Outdoors, that is.

The most beautiful places are usually not easy to reach; you have to put in some effort. You know this at the latest when you've struggled to get that perfect vacation photo. For this fantastic film project, the three of them overcame many obstacles to deliver amazing images in the end. Hats off to them.

What's it about? Take a look here:

Did you know that Filippo was one of the winners of the raffle and won the ticket to the lettering workshop with Heather?

This was his winning picture, by the way:

That's great lettering, but it was also interesting to hear that the workshop with Heather was very important for him to sharpen his eye for lettering styles in general.
He said that he gained a completely new perspective on the topic in the workshop. Great, then he was the right winner, at the right time in the right workshop.

Then he tells me about his video project. I want to know more about it, and he shows me excerpts from the video.
After Filippo told me about this crazy project, I didn't let up:

“Wow, how cool! Do the people from the new country know about this?”

“Uh, no. I don’t think so. The video isn’t online yet.”

“This is amazing! This is incredible! This video cannot go unseen!”

So I didn't let poor Filippo out of my sight until I could lock him in a room with the newcomers to watch the video.
Now, honestly, if a wall like that goes on such a journey, creating such incredible images, then everyone should know about it, right?

Learned something new, didn't you?

Whether there will be a V3 GraphicWall in a Swiss Alps Edition, lighter and more compact, is unknown. Will the wheels be tested again for their outdoor capabilities? Also unknown. What is certain is that an XL version of the GraphicWall will soon be available. This one will be large enough to stretch from the valley floor all the way up to the mountaintop. One thing is for sure: certain products in unusual locations possess a special fascination and, incidentally, also impart knowledge.

These three artists have created something amazing with their video. Be sure to watch it, give it a like, and feel free to share it.

By the way, here's a short digression on the topic of video editing:

Psst, do you remember something else? Filippo, the lucky guy, actually won a ticket for the IFVP conference 2019 in New York in the EuViz raffle.

Let me put it this way: "He's doing really well!"
