Design Christmas cards
Teilen
This Christmas probably won't be quite as we imagined. Many won't be able to celebrate with the large group of friends and family they usually gather with. Some won't have as much money left over for gifts. But there's one thing we can all do to bring a little joy to our loved ones!
Why not send Christmas cards to everyone you unfortunately can't see this year? Or you could include a homemade card with a small gift to show the recipient how important they are to you.

How are you?
I started by choosing some festive motifs, like a gift, a Christmas tree, and Christmas baubles. Since I used the AcrylicOne for the lettering, I wanted to add some variety and apply the motifs to the cards with washi tape .

I stuck the tape directly onto these two cards. The one on the left reminds me a bit of how I usually wrap my gift ribbon around presents.
If you're hesitant to stick the washi tape directly onto the cards, you can first stick it onto another sheet of paper. I simply used the protective sheets between the individual postcards. Then I cut out the design and stuck it onto the card.

Tip: For smaller figures, motif punches are very helpful. I always remove the protective cover at the bottom so I can see exactly how to position the punch to make my design look its best.
