Gemeinsam Zukunft gestalten: Unsere Absolventen setzen neue Impulse bei Neuland

Shaping the future together: Our graduates are bringing fresh ideas to Neuland

The foundations for success have been laid: Neuland, based in Eichenzell, is proud and delighted to announce that three of its young professionals have successfully completed their apprenticeships. It is a particular honour for us that all three graduates will be staying with our company on a long-term basis. They have already taken up their permanent positions and will, with immediate effect, play a key role in shaping the strategic development of our core business areas.

We are delighted to introduce the three individuals who will enrich our teams in the future:

Dominik Böer – Strategic Consultancy in Field Sales

Having successfully completed his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, Dominik Böer is moving into the role of Support of Field Sales. In this key role, he acts as a direct link to our client base. His responsibilities include proactively reaching out to clients and providing expert, personalised advice on site. Dominik is characterised by a high degree of empathy and professionalism, which enables him to strengthen customer loyalty in the long term.

His motivation: “The strong sense of camaraderie and the excellent working atmosphere at Neuland were decisive factors for me in choosing to continue my career here.”

Djamila Friese – Coordination and Representation in Sales

Djamila Friese has also successfully completed her apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and is now joining the team as Support for Field Sales Germany. Her role requires a high level of organisational skill: she is responsible for the strategic scheduling and coordination of the field sales team and manages administrative processes. She also works closely to maintain relationships with our existing and prospective customers.

A forward-looking focus of her work lies in the area of our ‘Playground’. Under the expert guidance of Karin Gutmann, she is gradually taking over its operational management. In future, she will help shape this flagship area independently, lead company tours and act as the first point of contact for visitors and customers. Her conclusion: “I’m incredibly happy to have stayed at Neuland because the company placed a great deal of trust in me even during my apprenticeship.”

Leo Möller – Technological Excellence and System Stability

Digitalisation demands the highest level of technical expertise. Leo Möller has successfully completed his training as an IT specialist in system integration and now holds the position of IT systems administrator. He ensures the ongoing stability, security and administration of our complex IT infrastructure. His core responsibilities include managing servers and networks, optimising workstations, carrying out precise fault analysis and providing internal technical support.

To meet the dynamic demands of the IT landscape, Leo Möller is already planning targeted further training and certifications in the areas of Microsoft technologies, server administration and IT security.

His summary: “Even during my apprenticeship, I was able to manage challenging and multifaceted projects independently. The trust of the team and the excellent prospects for professional development made my decision to join Neuland an easy one.”

Statement by Managing Director Marc Schulze

“A company benefits directly from the dynamism and innovative spirit of its staff. Seeing how highly motivated trainees have now become key, qualified pillars of our organisation fills the entire company with great pride. Dominik, Djamila and Leo are prime examples of the high potential of our young talent.

We regard fostering the development of young talent within our own organisation and supporting them on their journey as a fundamental investment in our future. They bring a tangible breath of fresh air, new perspectives and valuable energy to our specialist departments – from sales management and customer relations to IT infrastructure. On behalf of the entire Neuland family, I warmly welcome the three graduates to their new roles. I look forward to continuing our successful collaboration.”

The management and staff warmly congratulate Dominik, Djamila and Leo on laying the foundations for a successful career and look forward to achieving future milestones together at the Eichenzell site.
