With the Neuland FineOne® Art Outliner, you create rich, expressive black lines for sketchnotes, small-format lettering and calligraphy. Perfect for outlining drawings, text, or colored areas cleanly and confidently.The water-based permanent ink is smudge-proof and won’t bleed, even when layering lighter colors. Inspired by the tools of traditional calligraphy masters, its ergonomic design makes it a versatile companion for fine lines.
