Frequently Asked Questions

How can I adjust the wedge nib for left-handed use?

Carefully remove the wedge nib from the marker and reinsert it in the desired position. This allows you to adapt the nib to your individual writing position or replace a worn nib.
Protect your hands and working surface from possible ink residue when changing the nib.

Can I replace the wedge nib?

Yes. You can replace the standard wedge nib with a suitable replacement wedge nib or the WIDE wedge nib with a line width of 1–7 mm. Please use only matching nib types. A wedge nib can be inserted into markers that were originally equipped with a wedge nib. Using it in markers with a round nib may affect the ink flow.

How and when should I refill my marker?

Refill your marker as soon as the ink flow starts to weaken. Use the matching RefillOne refill ink with the same colour code as your marker. Remove the cap and place the marker upright in a RefillBox or another stable holder. Add one dosing unit of ink through the opening at the base of the marker and allow it to absorb completely. Test the marker on a sheet of paper afterwards to ensure a smooth and even ink flow.

Tip: Refill early and start with a small amount of ink to avoid overfilling.
