Neuland at FlowFest

This year's FlowFest is once again all about biohacking, wellbeing, and personal exchange with experts. Have you also just come across the term biohacking? No problem! We'll explain what it's all about.

Biohacking is about learning to read your own body, improving your performance, and achieving complete inner balance. The state you can then reach is called "flow." In this state, you are completely absorbed in an activity, forgetting yourself and the world around you. When everything just clicks and you effortlessly reach peak performance, then you are in flow.
You're probably wondering how to achieve this state. We've put together a few tips on how you can get into a flow state with small changes in your daily life.

meditation
Meditation is a very ancient technique that promises extraordinary results with long-term practice. However, it's not about chanting mantras in the lotus position in a smudged room, but rather about cultivating mindfulness. This can be achieved with quite unassuming activities:
- Whether you prefer drawing or coloring mandalas, our 4-2-sketch is perfect for freehand sketching, as the different paper types are ideal for experimenting with various markers and styles. Whether you prefer coloring or drawing freely, simply grab one of our markers and get started.
- Music on, world off – just lie down on the sofa, put in your earbuds and relax to your favorite music.
- Doodle and Zentangle as a short break at work – as with the previous methods, there are no rules. Just start drawing (e.g., with SketchOne) and enjoy the break from the stressful everyday routine.
Of course, there are many more techniques, but how you ultimately design your meditation is entirely up to you.

Bullet Journaling
Bullet journaling is a great way to organize your life. Our BulletProof is, of course, an essential tool. Besides the standard calendar you can create, you can also track your fitness, nutrition, and sleep patterns, keeping you focused on your goals. In the fitness category, for example, you can record how many steps you've taken or how often you've worked out each week. For nutrition, a meal prep plan is helpful. Many people also create a graph of their daily calorie consumption or keep a table of how much water they've drunk and how they felt. The possibilities are endless. Anything goes!
