ICF Summer University 2013, Wiesbaden

In cooperation with the Goethe Business School, the ICF Summer University 2013 took place in Wiesbaden from August 23rd to 24th, 2013.

Neuland was present as an exhibitor and presented the product highlights from the Neuland portfolio.

Can neuro-coaching and neuro-leadership lead to greater efficiency and better results?

This was the central question of the Summer University of the International Coach Federation, which took place this year at the Dorint Hotel in Wiesbaden.
Following the congress, participants were surveyed, and the results of this survey are now also being published on the ICF website:

Feedback on the SummerUniversity of 2013 in numbers:

  • 73% of the participants are ICF members.
  • 54.5% female, 45.5% male, average age 49.5 years.
  • The average speaker rating is 7.9 (range 6.5-8.9).
  • The workshops were rated 8.3.
  • The organization received 9.6 out of 10 points.
  • The networking and barbecue evening and the hotel were rated 9.3.
  • 56% of participants would like a SU every 2 years.
  • 90% of participants would like a main theme for future SummerUniversities.
  • 9.2 out of 10 participants recommend the ICF SummerUniversity.

Certainly a more than satisfactory result for the organizers.
The two Neuland employees who were on site, Safak Holyst and Okan Öztürk, were also able to have interesting and inspiring conversations.
