RefillOne refill system before first use

RefillOne is the intelligent refill system for Neuland markers. For many years, this clever refilling method has proven its worth to our customers worldwide. To ensure the refill bottle always survives transport safely, we recently made a few minor modifications. We would now like to present these to you in detail.

First, take off your hat.

When you remove the refill bottle from the box, it is sealed with a simple screw cap. Please remove this first by turning the cap counterclockwise.

Unlock RefillOne

For safety reasons, the bottle is still sealed. This is now opened as follows.

Applying slight pressure, screw the dosing unit with the refill bellows onto the thread of the bottle. This will pierce the seal inside the bottle with the needle, thus unlocking the refill bottle.
Important: Please do not remove the insert with the seal from the bottle under any circumstances , as the upper edge of the insert serves as a seal for the bottle when the dosing unit is screwed on!
