Stick-It self-adhesive moderation cards are becoming increasingly popular. To ensure that working with these cards runs smoothly, there are a few "tricks" that make using these practical tools even easier.
Lose weight the right way
No, it's not about weight loss. It's about the right method for removing individual sticky notes from the stack, so that they don't curl up at the bottom after being stuck on.
Let's start with the method we do not recommend.
Turn the page? – Better not!
If you peel off the individual self-adhesive presentation cards like you would open a book, the adhesive strip will cause the paper to overstretch. The card will curl. Experts refer to this as the "curling effect." This means that the presentation cards don't adhere as well and also stick out unattractively at the bottom.
How to avoid the curling effect
If you want to reduce or even avoid the annoying curling, the following procedure is recommended:
- Raise the top card slightly
- Remove the card from the stack with a diagonal, slightly upward pulling motion.
The smoother, the better
Self-adhesive cards adhere best to smooth surfaces. Therefore, please be careful not to stick them directly onto the felt surface of the pinboard. Always use a sheet of paper as a backing. If the paper has different textures on different sides, use the smooth side.
The even larger assortment
In addition to the tried and tested moderation card formats such as rectangle, oval, round discs, honeycomb and royal honeycomb, the self-adhesive moderation cards StickIt are now also available in a completely new design.
