Neuland GmbH & Co. KG is setting the course for a successful future: Michael Kapsa took over the position of Head of Sales on March 1, 2026. In this key role, he reports directly to the CEO, Marc Schulze, and is responsible for strategic direction and operational sales growth.
30 years of experience for new impetus
With Michael Kapsa (54), Neuland gains an accomplished professional with three decades of experience in sales. Most recently, the trained retail salesman worked in project development and management at well-known companies such as VSB in Dresden and Windwise in Kassel. There, he specialized in securing land for wind turbines and negotiating with authorities and local governments—experience that will now benefit him in developing complex new markets.
His professional focus is on modern employee management and the expansion of the sales force. At Neuland, Kapsa will primarily exploit existing potential and lead the company into a sustainable future through innovative sales channels in the retail sector and other European countries.
