  • Parcel service

    Our parcel deliveries usually leave our warehouse CO2-compensated with the GoGreen service via DHL. The parcel delivery times listed below are approximate and may vary depending on the country of delivery. You can find more details in your order confirmation or via the tracking links in our confirmation emails.

    • DE : approx. 2-4 business days
    • EU : approx. 2-4 business days
    • US & CA : approx. 5-10 business days
    • Zonal 1+2 : approx. 5-10 business days

  • Express parcel service

    Parcel deliveries that need to arrive faster can be sent via DHL Express for an additional charge. Express parcel deliveries are currently only available within Germany. Delivery times depend on when the order is received. Details can be found below, in your order confirmation, or via the tracking links in our confirmation emails.

    Monday - Thursday

    Before 2 p.m. -> Delivery on the next working day, after 2 p.m. -> on the working day after next.

    Friday

    Before 10.30 a.m. -> Delivery on the next working day, after 10.30 a.m. -> on the working day after next.

    Saturday - Sunday

    Delivery on the working day after next.

  • Freight forwarding

    Products marked with the shipping company symbol in the shop are shipped via freight forwarding.
